REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. SoundOff does not offer automatic refunds for purchases, bookings, or event-related services. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will not be automatically refunded. Refund requests may be submitted via email and must be received no later than 48 hours before the event date. If an event is cancelled, all applicable refunds will be processed.
